John Deere lawn tractor in Kingston, Ontario

I have a John Deere Lawn tractor model 116 its 16 hp twin cylinder with a 48 inch mower deck and hydrostatic transmission its in excellent working condition except that the transmission slows down when it gets hot. I bought a 5 speed manual to put in it but haven't had time. The 5 speed goes with the tractor the engine does not burn or use any oil and can be heard running.
