Wanted: Wanted some one to rent share in Kingston, Nova Scotia

Hello I am a 30 year old male looking to rent a house or apartment with someone in the kingston Area. The situation is it needs to be 3-4 bedrooms as I have my daughter every second weekend. It does not bother me if you have 1 or 2 children of your own as long as the place we rent has adequate space. I am a smoker but I am trying to quit and I don't smoke indoors I may only have my daughter every other weekend but I still prefer to smoke outdoors as it makes homes stink and walls dirty. I work fulltime dayshift mon-fri, and I am willing to go as high as $300-$400 dollars a month for my half of rent and power. I prefer a person who is close to my age, tidy, respectville of others and there property, and employed or at least have a steady income. No preference as to gender and preferably no cats or dogs. If your just looking for somewhere to turn into a party shack then please don't resond, not into that anymore but I ain't no stiff I still go out and have fun once in awhile.
